What is LEADERSHIP NAPA VALLEY? 

LNV is a program designed to identify, train and inspire current and future community leaders from all segments of Napa County. 

For the last 25 years, LNV has made the Napa Valley a better place to live, work and do business by involving, informing, and inspiring leaders to strengthen the fabric of our community.

LNV is a nationally recognized program, and has won many prestigious awards.

     We expect to continue to develop and improve the program and its reputation by delivering a world-class leadership development experience right here in the Napa Valley.

   We have over 600 Leadership Napa Valley program graduates who are providing leadership in our communities.

Graduates from LNV have served on the Napa County Board of Supervisors, as well as the city councils of American Canyon, Yountville, St. Helena, and Calistoga. Graduates have also served in leadership roles within city and county departments, on commissions, and on nonprofit boards.
