To involve, inform and inspire leaders

to strengthen our community

The success of the many other community leadership development programs across the country, plus the recognition of the need for effective leaders at all levels and in all sectors of the Napa Valley, provided the impetus to initiate such a program here.  The project was first proposed in 1986, and the first LNV class started in September, 1987.  LNV classes have graduated each year since then.
