To involve, inform and inspire leaders to strengthen our community.

Leadership Napa Valley includes sessions that focus on major areas of political, social, and economic life in the Napa Valley.  Leadership skills, training and involvement opportunities will be introduced and applied throughout the series.

Leadership Napa Valley sessions will be held at a variety of facilities throughout the community and are usually held on the first Friday of each month, from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

The program will offer a forum for exchange of information and ideas with local experts on a variety of topics related to leadership community issues, and quality of life.  From September through June, participants will learn about, discuss, and investigate the following areas:

September:  Orientation, Ropes Course and Leadership Seminar

October:  Business and Industry Day

November:  Heath & Human Services Day

December:  Planning and Development Day

January:  City and County Government Day, Tourism Day

February:  Education Day

March:  Administration of Justice Day

April:  Agriculture and Wineries Day, Agriculture Industry Tour Day

May:  Arts and Current Issues Day, Practicum Presentations

June:  Program Wrap Up and Graduation Day
